The SERLNG CNG Dispenser provides users with a familiar experience similar to traditional refueling machines, and intelligently displays the refueling process. The independently developed JC intelligent electronic control system ensures easy operation, safe control, and rapid refueling. This device can be easily integrated into your existing station control payment system without the need to purchase an additional POS system, effectively saving costs and making it a reliable choice for modern gas stations.

SERLNG' CNG Dispenser makes it easy to bring Compressed Natural Gas (CNG) to your fueling station. Our CNG equipment communicates with your existing fuel management system or forecourt controller, minimizing impact to your site payment network and saving you the cost of a separate point of sale (POS) system.

CNG Dispenser for Safe & Efficient Natural Gas Refueling

The CNG dispenser injects Compressed Natural Gas (CNG) into the vehicle's fuel system through a series of precise steps. These steps include the compression stage, where reciprocating or centrifugal compressors are used to pressurize the CNG gas obtained from natural gas pipelines or storage tanks to the required working pressure range; the purification stage, where filters and dryers are equipped to remove impurities and moisture from the gas, protecting the vehicle's fuel system and preventing damage to the engine and exhaust emission system; the storage stage, where the purified CNG gas is safely stored in high-pressure containers; and the dispensing stage, where, when the vehicle needs to be refueled, the dispensing gun is inserted and the valve is opened to allow CNG gas to flow into the vehicle's fuel system, while the dispenser monitors and controls the gas pressure during the dispensing process and automatically closes the valve as needed.

SERLNG CNG Dispenser: Key Features & Data Support

Application Scenarios for CNG Dispensers

CNG dispensers are deployed anywhere vehicles powered by Compressed Natural Gas need to refuel. Key scenarios include:

1. Public Fueling Stations (CNG Stations)

  • Description: Similar to traditional gasoline stations, these are open to the public. They can be standalone stations or part of a larger fueling plaza that also offers gasoline, diesel, and sometimes LNG.

  • Example: A station located near a major highway that serves CNG-powered taxis, ride-sharing vehicles, and personal cars.

2. Fleet Depots (Private/Time-Fill Stations)

  • Description: This is the most common application for larger fleets. Dispensers are installed at the fleet's own depot for private use. Vehicles refuel overnight ("time-fill"), which is slower but gentler on vehicle tanks and the electrical grid.

  • Example Cases:

    • Public Transit: City bus depots where hundreds of buses return each night to refuel.

    • Waste Management: Garbage truck fleet yards. CNG is ideal for stop-and-start routes and helps municipalities meet sustainability goals.

    • Logistics & Delivery Hubs: Warehouses for companies like UPS, FedEx, or Amazon, which are increasingly using CNG vehicles for local delivery routes.

    • School Districts: School bus depots where buses refuel after completing their daily routes.

3. Industrial & Mining Sites

  • Description: Used to fuel heavy-duty vehicles and machinery operating within a confined industrial area, such as mines, ports, or large manufacturing facilities. CNG can power mining trucks, terminal tractors, and forklifts, reducing emissions in sensitive operational environments.

  • Example: A large port authority installing CNG dispensers to fuel its fleet of container-handling trucks.

4. Biogas/Renewable Natural Gas (RNG) Projects

  • Description: Dispensers are a key component at stations that dispense Renewable Natural Gas. RNG is produced from organic waste (landfills, wastewater treatment plants, agricultural waste) and is a carbon-neutral fuel.

  • Example: A dispenser at a landfill gas project that fuels refuse trucks with gas captured from the landfill itself, creating a closed-loop, sustainable system.

5. Commercial Vehicle Corridors (Fast-Fill Stations)

  • Description: High-flow dispensers are strategically located along major trucking routes to refuel long-haul CNG trucks. These stations function like truck stops, offering fast-fill capabilities to get drivers back on the road quickly.

  • Example: A "CNG corridor" along a major interstate highway with stations every 200-300 miles to support regional freight movement.
